Payments for Silkpad are processed by Paddle, which acts as the authorized reseller for all purchases. All refunds are governed by Paddle's Refund Policy.
Refund window
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Paddle will review your request and process eligible refunds in accordance with their refund policies.
Subscription cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals. Access to the service continues until the end of the current billing period.
